Arduino 1.8.13 avrdude stk500v2_command(): command failed #395

Trying to upload the code into my Arduino using the avrdude command but I got the following error: Any help will be apreciated. I am running Arduino 1.8.13

Never mind the -D option need to be added to the command. That is what is says the error:
