Restore certificates to factory option #3

It would be nice to have a button to restore the SSL certificates to the ones that were flashed at the factory. In case you flashed specific hostnames, but then want to go back to another sketch that worked with the default.

Let's close this for now, the newer firmware images contain the defaults. So to restore you just need to reflash the firmware.
