Pause/Resume download - File download cannot continue where it left off

• When updating the board, some files are large, and when the internet connection is low, it can happen that the connection drops and there is no time to finish the download.

• Or when cell phone data is used, which in some countries like Brazil, where the cost is high, when restarting the file download, in fact, in addition to time, you lose credits, bonuses, etc.

I watched the download until the error occurred, it looks like it wasn't a dropped connection, it must be something else.
