Ease the deploy of a branch of the include-robot

The current https://github.com/bcmi-labs/scratch-gui requires opening a PR to deploy a branch of the include-robot.

Some solution

• add a custom action to deploy a branch with a variable to indicate the branch
• move the.drone.yml to the include-robot repo
