Now the Scratch GUI version is fixed in git clone. All the management commands are available in the Makefile and reported in the README. A variable in the Makefile contains the version to use. When make is launched it also installs the Scratch GUI.

The README of the Scratch GUI is removed and the content is moved to the principal README.
