Description

Add a CI check to make sure that license files are included

🤖 Based on modified version of check-license.yml provided here
📂 Looks inside the base repo, as well as the two libraries - Arduino_BHY2 and Arduino_BHY2Host - to check for the presence of the LICENSE.txt file
🔎 Also, verifies if the license is AGPL-3.0

@per1234 Thanks for the suggestion and providing examples. Modified the workflow to cd into each folder using the matrix feature which makes the code more simple and resilient to error.
