reboot should also reset-mcu #3

Consider following the suggestions from this topic to make the running sketch play nicer with linux when a reboot is needed

Closing as this was mitigated by a fix on uboot (which requires user to type "ard" before blocking boot sequence) and a commented reset-mcu in rc.local.
