You may want to be more specific on how to install the old version 4.13 of texinfo. I was unable to find any mirrors hosting it. I had to download it from: http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/texinfo Then manually install using these instructions: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/lfs/view/stable/chapter05/texinfo.html
