added use name to embed of code pasted to git #17

sorry this code isn't 100% tested, but shoud work. Part of it comes form my version of the arduino bot where it was working

The author name is already posted in the gist "description". I can look at changing it to a more visible place, but the file title needs to be what it is now to keep the formatting working.
