The task list menu is drawn by a system (popup menu) with custom drawn
items to be able to change the background/foreground color of menu items.
This disables skipping the separators in the menu. Since there is no
control over the navigation within the menu, the hightlight bar can land on
the separator, which should be normally skipped.
