Update to use Storybook 7 #74

Started working through the migrations list from Storybook - https://github.com/storybookjs/storybook/blob/next/MIGRATION.md

There's a big change to the documentation (it now renders in the sidebar instead of a tab) so updated to support that as well as adding support for documenting individual component variations in the docs view too.

@mrtimbrook is this PR still in progress or is it orphaned? I am adopting blast with my team, and we would like to see it brought up to v7. Can I help finish this in some way?

@lhilton Hi! It's still in progress. I've just been working on testing it. I'm back now and will prioritize this.
