Improved i18n: added missing translation key (#2616) and improved german translations #2634

Description

This pull requests adds the missing translation key "dashboard.activites.duplicated" to the language files. In addition I have added some german translations which were missing.

Updated files in the lang directory:

lang.csv
de/lang.php
en/lang.php
