Change the current "duplicate printer" functionality #135

Currently if you have a printer highlighted and you click "Create" it shares the underlying files between the two printers and that forces you to keep them in sync. After using it for a while I'm not sure I like the idea...

It seems what it should really be doing is creating new underlying files instead.

This is fixed in version cwh0-250. It was always working this way, but there was another bug associated with printer creation that I was getting confused with.
