Add "pause for stir" feature #26

The printer will need to know a few specific gcodes to have this feature available.

What is different about the normal pause function or the pause on error we got here? Are there already printers which automatically stirs the resin? And isn't that an special gcode where CWH doesn't need to be modified for?
