Apologies for removing the old pull request and creating a new one, this and ADGenICam are the first modules i've done pull requests on and i now see it makes sense to do this from a separate branch.
I've changed some PV names in this gui as they were the old aravisGigE names. I initially did a conversion using adl2edl to avoid having to maintain a gui in both adl and edl but the main adl guis (ADAravis.adl and ADGenICam.adl) are significantly different to aravisCamera.edl and ADAravis.edl.
