Aravis 0_8_0 #5

aravis_0_8_0 has been released. This is a "stable" release where the API is guaranteed not to change through 0_8_x.

The aravis API has changed in minor ways from 0_7_2 which is what the master branch of ADSpinnaker using.

ADAravis has been updated to use the new 0_8_0 API. Users will need to install aravis_0_8_0 to use this new version.

I tagged R1-3 with all changes on the master branch. That will be that last release that uses ARAVIS_0_7_2.

Merging this into master. ARAVIS_0_8_0 will now be required.
