Add three basler camera models

Adding the .xml. .adl and *.template files for these Basler models:

• acA1300-60gm
• acA1920-25gm
• acA640-90gm

After merging I regenerated the .template and .adl files. This changed the line endings to Linux. I pushed to Github.

I also ran the converters to edl, ui, opi, and bob files for all of these and pushed to Github.
