Update standard AD model, serial, firmware, and sdk params #17

Currently these Params are not updated, and just marked as Unknown or Not Connected. This PR simply also sets these when a device is connected to.

Do you think we should also remove the existing PICam PV's which mirror this information?

I think that probably makes sense, no reason to duplicate information.
