document the included SDK version

The R2-1 release notes mentions problematic mismatching SDK version in the target PC.

It would be still good to indicate the SDK version included. The one from FLR is way newer. And the even older ones are not kept there.

I have created a new SDK_2.0 branch. It uses the most recent Spinnaker SDK from FLIR (2.0.0.147).

It fixes the problem of stopping acquistion hanging the IOC with Acquire=1 when using PixelFormat=Mono12Packed and ConvertPixelFormat=Mono16.
