Upgrade Vimba SDK to verison 6.0 #4

I have noticed strange behavior with two Alvium G1 GigE cameras. And this was first discussed in this tech-talk thread, https://epics.anl.gov/tech-talk/2022/msg01791.php.

After I upgraded the SDK to 6.0, the problem was solved. It makes sense while Alvium is the new product line.

ccc22c8 and 1fc6956 have the same Vimba SDK update
