ADnED lacks RELEASE.md and documentation directory #1

areaDetector repositories should have a RELEASE.md file that describes the changes between each release. I have made some changes in ADnED and made new releases, but I have no place to document what I did.

This could be done retroactively by comparing each successive release.

There should also be a documentation directory that describes the driver in some detail, preferably with a screen shot so the controls are obvious.

I'm not sure what to do about this because the version of ADnED on github is actually a few versions behind (and it probably only works with ADCore 2-2). I've given up on trying to make it site-independent because there's so much SNS specific code in there. I'd rather remove it, and possibly move one of the plugins into ADCore (the NDPluginMask one).
