fix for trajectory action controller so it works with dual motor controller #13

Patch to get the dual motor controller working with the action controller works and has been tested on my arm. I also patched the dual motor controller to fix in process_motor_states where only the master joint state is received, causing a KeyError when looking up temperature values for the child.
