Add EX-106, rename EX-106+ accordingly (Fixes #60) #62

This PR supersedes PR #61 as discussed. I renamed the prior EX-106 entry to EX-106+ (which is the correct naming), but we'll have to discuss if there is any chance of breaking existing setups with that change.
