Going into subsection breaks left-bar highlight position

Looks like this:

Looks great, note red highlight on left showing me where I am.

Now click on "3.2.1 Series" link. It now looks like:

Oh noes, it hath scrolled the left-bar thingy back to the top without asking me. Perhaps I am in "1 Integration" as that has lots of contrast (I'm not its just blue for stylistic reasons or something).

Well maybe if I scroll back down... then it looks like this:

Note there is no indication of where I am.

Is this the worst problem I've seen on the internet today? No. But it is a minor paper cut to moving around in the book.

In my not very humble opinion, when I'm down in a x.y.z subsection, the other local subsection like x.y.w should appear on the left bar (but not all the time, that would be too much).

I think that this will be fixed by updating our underlying pretext build scripts - we will do that after the current round of updates in case that breaks other things.
