Diff_APA_site_analysis cannot start #22

I have a question for using Diff_APA_site_analysis, the error comes like sh: R: command not found sh: R: command not found No input file with name diff_result.txt No input file with name diff_result_for_sl.txt I am sure that I have downlaoded all the files from Diff_APA_site_analysis.
