Release contains the following changes:

Added new example application: GTP-U traffic generator to test 4G/5G packet gateways.
Switched dev/test environment to Ubuntu 19.04.
Switched to DPDK 19.05.
Added support for jumbo frames.
Updated tutorial and presentation.
Some bugfixes.
