Test Bed spec #3

From me (at the table level)

Are we thinking combining different test beds in a unique experiment? If not, I am not sure whether using testbedLabel is necessary.

From Matteo: I think we are. at least for devices working in different scenarios

But then we could consider a unique testbed file, in which we would gather the spec of all the devices used for a given experiments.

Remember that the spec of an experiment is just about this experiment. The fact that a device is used in several scenario (and thus several experiment) only requires us to agree the format of the spec of such device for each scenario it is involved in.

If we use a single file to specify all the properties of every testbed in a single experiment then we would require a nested definition in the file. That could work and won't require a _testbedLabel in the file number.
