Incorrect crit% #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import grimmeld - Lightning's Blade EU
2. See the crit%
3. see it on armory

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected: 43,65%, the program shows 38,85

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V0.13

Please provide any additional information below.
The gem i have in my headpiece is +10 agility and +15 stamina, but that of
course cannot create such a big difference in crit%

It shows crit% on a L83 target, not how much you should have in your character 
profile.
