"Pooling" is not possible in the model iDPS is using. Envenom is clipped as
soon as you
have 4+ cp and the cycle energy cost is regenerated. Real pooling would require
to
memorize after each cycle, if you pooled negative or positive. This requires a
simulator, and not a fast calculating model like iDPS is using. This is why
talents
like Vigor cannot be modeled.
Maybe someday someone will come up with an efficient model for mutilate envenom
clipping & pooling.
