Activating the Metasocket #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use iDPS import "cheva" from Lordaeron (EU)
2. Try to put the best Gems in all slots (best for iDPS)
3. See the result

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should have a least one blue gem, to activate the Metastone. But iDPS
says i shouldn´t.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0.17r112

Please provide any additional information below.
So, iDPS says i dont have to have a blue socket. Maybe I´m wrong, but i
think i should activate my metastone. Say... with a Nightmare Tear?

iDPS does not check for Meta socket requirements. Checking for the requirement 
would have side effects on item suggestions with sockets if you do not have the 
meta activated yet. Simply having a socket and putting a blue gem inside would 
make the item godly, even tho it might be better to activate the metasocket 
somewhere else. This is why I am not checking for it, the user should still 
have some brain left to think for themself.
