/v2/items - consumables with missing buff descriptions #266

These scribe-related consumables are missing the .details.description field: https://api.guildwars2.com/v2/items?ids=71928,74634,74920,77233 (not sure if relevant, but they are all "Speed" writs/theses)

Found 2 more scribe-related consumables missing the .details.description field: https://api.guildwars2.com/v2/items?ids=71691,72532 (also "Speed" writs and theses).
