v2/continents : adventures missing #481

8/15 of the adventures in the first three heart of thorn maps 1042,1043,1045 aren't visible in the API.

none of the Path of Fire adventures appear in the API (neither the supply run, nor the griffon adventure, nor the roller beetle)
