Maps missing continent and region ids

https://api.guildwars2.com/v2/maps?ids=405,489,542,849,997,998,999,1021,1023,1153

Various instances are missing an assigned continent and region id, I assume this isn't set in the source and thus may not be an API bug.

Affected instances:

Maps with different continent ids between endpoints

SAB maps report continent 1 from v2/continents, and continent 2 from v2/maps.

Damn there's loads of these. It seems that almost every personal story mission ends up being on floor 8 for v2/continents. (423 of them, with 13 outliers in other floors)

After 5 years, do we know which endpoint is authoritative? From the discussion in PR #2 it seems like the v2/continents data isn't well-understood by internal developers or the downstream integrators. Thanks 😄
