Missing desert maps in v2/continents/1/floors #586

When using https://api.guildwars2.com/v2/continents/1/floors?ids=0,1,2,3 all desert maps except Istan are missing

Suggest this issue is amended to the following: "No map data available on default floor for the Path of Fire maps". Data is in fact available in the API now (possibly always but I think it was omitted before) via floor 49: https://api.guildwars2.com/v2/continents/1/floors?ids=49

However v2/maps (e.g. https://api.guildwars2.com/v2/maps?ids=1211 ) indicates that data should be available on the other floors too (i.e. 0,1,2,3)

Floor ids 49 is a story instance, a need to find all the datas in the floors as my example. Living story seasons 4 are not available too except for "Istan"
