Three recipes who's output item reports invalid

Names are extracted from the item which teaches the recipe.

Recipe Ids:

1057 - Box of Carrion Reinforced Scale Armor (Master); wiki lists this output item as traded on the TP
7019 - Satchel of Apothecary's Prowler Armor; this is the fine rarity version
7020 - Satchel of Apothecary's Prowler Armor; this is the masterwork rarity version

So, example:

https://api.guildwars2.com/v2/recipes?ids=7020&lang=en has output_item_id 39425
https://api.guildwars2.com/v2/items?ids=39425&lang=en reports, "all ids provided are invalid". This id is also not listed in the paged item output.
https://api.guildwars2.com/v2/items?ids=39452&lang=en does show the item which teaches the recipe however
