SwinIR upscaler #29

Describe the bug I trying install SwinIR upscaler SwinIR upscaler and get an error. Also, can't use BSRGAN and other, but can use UniScale. What am I doing wrong?

Only ESRGAN upscalers are supported. UniScale is an ESRGAN upscaler.

The BSRGAN model is in a slightly different format, added the conversion in https://github.com/arenasys/sd-inference-server/commit/e25f6011cb6de78c9fe7247b3967e8699025512d so it should work now.
