navMesh inconsistencies

There are some inconsistent operation ATM for the navMesh:

• https://arena-dev1.conix.io/public/arena-meeting
  • (chrome) A user is clamped to y, but not limited to the z/x boundaries of the navMesh.
• https://arenaxr.org/etc/ProjectHub
  • (chrome) A reload fixed it, so might be a timing thing, but this attached error was in the console:

Just saw this:

https://arena-dev1.conix.io/store/users/wiselab/room_models/kingshall/kingshall-v2-nav.glb returns 404 currently
