device camera: does not keep proper A/V selection for new registration #583

This happens to me adding a new webcam, but might also be an issue for microphones/speakers.

  1. Open the arena scene using a camera you've used before.
  2. Turn on and off the old camera.
  3. Plug in a new webcam you've never used (at least since your last cache clear).
  4. Click the A/V setup gear.
  5. Choose the new camera and return to the scene.
  6. Try turning cam on/off: Old camera is enabled, not the new camera
