Since we're not holding any data in the repo, we each need to run the entire pipeline on our own. Also, if anyone ever wants to run this in the future, they'll need instructions on how to reproduce what we did. For that purpose, we should add in a section to README.md that explains what order to run what ipynb notebooks in to set up the data correctly.
