would it be a big hassle to implement an inverted WS2812 component like already done with LED‘s and other hardware ?
It would help to connect WS2812 LED‘s and stripes to controllers designed for PWM RGB LED‘s like the MagicHome. They use pull-down MOSFETs that do invert the signal from the ESP. With a simple pull-up resistor you can interface to the Din port of a WS2812.
