Fixed interaction with VS 2019 and syncs back to file. Also some changes to make identation work.

File changes by VS are detected now
Any changes to the code inside the GH's C# window is reflected back to the file in VS by pressing the Run button or the OK button
Fixed indentation issues and now at least on my pc files are consistently shown without changes across syncs

File is resaved only on parameter change or contents change. If the contents is the same save is skipped. This should reduce disk wear.
Added short Guid as NickName so you can see which file is linked to which parasite
Fixed a small error in the formatting with 4 spaces
Removed 9 lines of comments before RunScript and the space between RunScript and Additional Code to make debugging line numbers match with GH ones
Namespace name the same as filename for consistency

-- Additional usings are offset strangely and dont know why

All those changes are up for discussion but Imho are usefull and welcome for the people using the plugin
