Feature request: Amstrad CPC range #1395

It's fab we have the ZX Spectrum, is the Amstrad_CPC_464, CPC 664, and CPC 6128 range being added to the list :)

ares doesn't use existing emulators, all emulation cores in ares are developed in-house by the ares team (with some minor exceptions: the N64 core is in-house, but the RDP emulation comes from Parallel-RDP)

New cores are added if/when a core team member is interested in the system enough to develop an emulator for it.

I'm not going to rule it out, but nobody has discussed plans to implement Amstrad CPC at this time.

That being said, ares already emulates both the CPU and the Audio chip used in this machine, major component wise: we're only missing the video hardware.
