This isn't an actual Genesis game, it's some kind of globrom for a genesis clone system. No-Intro shouldn't be including stuff like this in the MD set, but that's par for the course.

As @FitzRoyX suggests, this is essentially a bios for a Radica Sega Megadrive clone that ares does not emulate; it is not supposed to work in emulators for the Mega Drive, and would likely not work on a real megadrive either;

If ares were to emulate Radica/Firecore megadrive clones, then we might be onto something, but right now this is out of scope.
