Congo Bongo on 2600 does not WORK! #915

The game does not boot at all and just straights up crashes the emulator

There are no sounds, just a single beep. (Note: I am using v131 of Ares) Capture

nit but I think this is a hang not a crash. Usually in these situations I use https://strace.io/ to diagnose as it's often less work than setting up a build environment, but I see you are on Windows.
