Enhance the Cheat List dialog. #63

First time using VBA RR and it's great. Love the new advancements. However, the
cheat list menu is still a bit rough.

I have a few sugestions to improve it (the ideal cheat list would work like the
FCEUX's one though):

1. Allow one to edit a previously entered code by double clicking the code. In
order to change a code, you have to delete it and add it again with the
changes. It makes it a pain to discover new codes by changing address/values
numbers. (Again, FCEUX's cheat list is the ideal example as to how to do a
simple but completely great cheat list menu.)

2. Allow the Delete key to be used to delete code entries instead of having to
go back and forth to the Remove button on the bottom. When making and testing
lots of cheats, it would be great to just press a key to delete the unwanted
stuff.

3. Unbind the cheats from save states. If you enter a cheat and then load a
save state from before you entered the cheat, the cheat disappears. It is
absolutely infuriating to be searching for cheats, adding and testing out
different results, only to have them disappear if you load a previous save
state.

I agree with all the above, and I'm making it my job to revamp the cheat dialog

Oh by the way, while you're at it, include any other enhancements you think
might be good.

Not to sound like a broken record, but the FCEUX's cheat list is the most
simple, easy to use and great cheat list on any emulator. I make a lot of
cheats for thegshi.org (for several consoles) and it's an effortless job making
and adding cheats for FCEUX. It's that user friendly.

So it wouldn't bother me at all if you use that one as the basis for your
revamp.
When editing cheats, it would be best if you could do it right there on the fly
(just like the one on FCEUX) instead of opening up another screen.
