TreeView: Return of Filters/Browser #25

The browsers were useful components but took up far too much screen real estate and were removed for the lighter TreeView interface, we need to replace the view components with smaller ones and adapt it the regular GTK approach.

honestly, banshee was the one player that i thought handled this the best..

that and gnome music approach was interesting, although a bit too pompous

thought you might be - the browsers were useful, just a bit too big. Originally I had thoughts to integrate them with the search functionality as a one stop shop for that kind of thing, now I'm not so sure.

The Album Browser is a case that I want to address differently - I'd like to be able to use it as a first class view with an option to drill down on the current selection.
