EVER Update doesn't change the fuel_outcommod #42

This issue is in response to #41, wherein we noted that, although the isotopics and recipes were changing, the commodity name wasn't being updated as expected.

This issue can be closed with a PR to update the for loop in EVER to update the out-going commodity as expected.
