Changelog CI Tag Update #58

This Issue is a note that when this repository is transferred to ARFC, you will need to update the code for the CI tag so that it passes when the ARFC version is updated.

You got the code by going to Actions, then selecting the workflow from the sidebar, clicking the ... button next to the search bar that filters workflow runs, and then clicking Create Status Badge.

This issue can be closed with a PR once the repository is transferred to the ARFC org that replicates this process, but updates the repository.
