Summary of changes

Adds new member Owen Strong to the website, with people data and corresponding image file.

Modifies "/data/people.yml" to include new member details
Adds image file "/img/people/strongo.jpg"

Hi @osanstrong ! Why did you close this PR? It hasn't been merged so you won't show up on the website yet.

Hi @munkm , I closed the request because the documents recommended building the website locally first before PRing the change, which I had not done yet.

I figured I should at least be able to build the website first, but I can reopen this PR in the meantime if the changes look fine.

Hi @munkm, I made an updated pull request #307 which only adds the bio to the website, and not the book link update, since Professor Huff already resolved the book in #305 and a PR should only aim for one change anyways
