Expected Behavior

With the new SaltProc documentation website on https://arfc.github.io/saltproc/, we want to direct users to the new website.

Actual Behavior

The weblink in the Software dropdown menu directs to the GitHub page for SaltProc

How can this issue be closed?

Change the SaltProc weblink to https://arfc.github.io/saltproc/
